| What is Prepainted Steel? |
Pre-painted steel is a corrosion resistant substrate that has had paint applied to both sides through a continuous coil coating process, which produces a uniform paint finish. Fulilai Steel Group produces pre-painted steel sheets and coils coils by directly applying primer and paint on to steel sheet in a coating line. The finished products can easily be roll formed, bent, and stamped without tarnishing the paint quality.

| Prepainted Steel Applications |
The color coated roll has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be processed directly. The color is generally divided into gray white, sea blue and brick red. It is mainly used in advertising industry, construction industry, home appliance industry, electrical appliance industry, furniture industry and transportation industry. The coating used for color coating roll shall select appropriate resin according to different application environment, such as polyester silicon modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastic sol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. Users can choose according to the purpose.
