Stainless steel coil

300 Series stainless steels are classified as austenitic, and are hardenable only by cold working methods. These grades of stainless have chromium (approx. 18 to 30%) and nickel (approx. 6 to 20%) as their major alloying additions. Type 304 is the most widely used alloy of all stainless steels. 300 Series Stainless steel alloys resist corrosion, maintain their strength at high temperatures and are easy to maintain.

Stainless Steel 304 coils contain a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. These coils also contain carbon which makes the ASTM A240 SS304 one of the most versatile materials for use in a lot of varied industries. These SS 304 coils also provide high ease of fabrication and first-rate formability. Available in a wide array of forms and finishes, these coils are suitable for work at both indoor and outdoor conditions. From mechanically brushed finishes to mill finishes, stainless steel 304 coils are also available in textures finishes. High Corrosion resistance and Oxidation resistance makes these coils applicable under deep-drawn marine conditions. The ASTM A240 SS 304 coils can resist Oxidation in infrequent service up to 870°C and 925°C in Continuous service. An Effective price point of these coils makes them favorable for standard use.
Stainless steel SS304 has application in different industries. They are used in making sinks an splashbacks. They are also used in making cookware as they provide an antibacterial surface. Marine Environment applications are well suited for SS 304 DIN 1.4301 coils. The coils are also used in the manufacturing of Food Processing Units, Dairy and also Breweries. The SS 304 coils are also used in the manufacturing of a lot of Medical appliances.Mirror Finished 430 Stainless Steel Coil Cold Rolled 0.1mm Thickness 0

In order to ensure that the mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and hardness of various stainless steel coils meet the requirements, stainless steel coils must be subjected to heat treatment such as annealing, solution treatment, and aging treatment before delivery. The corrosion resistance of the stainless steel coil mainly depends on its alloy composition (chromium, nickel, titanium, silicon, aluminum, etc.) and the internal structure of the stainless steel coil, and the main role is the chromium element. Chromium has high chemical stability and can form a passivation film on the steel surface to isolate the metal from the outside world, protect the steel plate from being oxidized, and increase the corrosion resistance of the steel plate. After the passivation film is destroyed, the corrosion resistance decreases.

Stainless steel coils are widely used in chemical, food, medicine, paper, petroleum, atomic energy and other industries, as well as various parts and components of construction, kitchen utensils, tableware, vehicles, and household appliances
